This Privacy Policy describes how Tilt & Turn Advisor ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tiltandturnadvisor.com or book a consultation.
1. Who we are
Tilt & Turn Advisor is an independent consultancy operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. For data-protection inquiries, contact contact@tiltandturnadvisor.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver the consulting services you book:
- Booking information. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), and time zone, collected through our scheduling provider (Calendly) when you book a call.
- Pre-call questionnaire. Project details, quotes, plans, or other materials you voluntarily share so we can prepare for your consultation.
- Payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number; we receive only a transaction confirmation, last 4 digits, and billing country.
- Communication records. Email correspondence and, with your knowledge, a recording of the consultation call sent to you afterward.
- Site analytics. Basic anonymized analytics (pages visited, country-level location, device type). No advertising trackers, no third-party retargeting cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule, prepare for, and deliver the consultation you booked.
- To process your payment via Stripe.
- To send you the call recording and any agreed-upon written materials.
- To respond to inquiries and follow-up questions related to your engagement.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Polish law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketers, advertisers, or any window manufacturer, importer, or installer.
4. Third-party processors
To run this service, we rely on a small number of trusted providers:
- Calendly — scheduling and booking flow. Calendly Privacy Policy

- Google Workspace / Google Meet — email, calendar, and video calls. Google Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — site hosting and email routing. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
Each of these providers processes your data only as needed to deliver their portion of the service.
5. How long we keep your information
Booking and communication records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet Polish tax and accounting requirements (typically five years). You can request deletion of correspondence and call recordings at any time, subject to those legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tiltandturnadvisor.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers. The only cookies set are functional ones from our scheduling and analytics providers (Calendly, Cloudflare). We do not run Google Ads, Meta pixel, or similar retargeting tools.
8. International transfers
Because we serve American clients from Poland, your information will cross between the EU and the US. Our processors (Stripe, Google, Calendly) handle these transfers under their own legal frameworks (Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework, or equivalents).
9. Security
We use industry-standard precautions: encrypted storage, access controls, and reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your project information with the same confidentiality we'd want for our own home build.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
